Delivery and return
Terms of delivery :
- Free delivery for metropolitan France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg
- Delivery in relay point: the relay point delivery is available for the majority of the articles of the site, in Belgium and in France. You will have 6 days from the arrival of the parcel relay point to recover it.
- Shipping costs for other eligible countries are displayed in the cart before confirming your order.
- We do not deliver the following areas: French islands (DOM, TOM, Corsica ...), the Italian islands (Sardinia, Sicily ...), the Spanish Islands (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands ...)
Return conditions:
- The application must be served within the legal period of 14 days
- The request must be made by email (or via the contact form) to info@proakcess.com
- Items must be in perfect condition with all labels and accessories and must be delivered in their original packaging. They can not have been used or assembled.
- In case of cancellation, the return is the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to select a secure sending method and keep the proof of sending.
- Proakcess reserves the right to refuse the refund if the package (s) do not meet the return criteria above. Referral refused package remains the responsibility of the customer.
How to make a return ?
- Send a message via the contact form (or by email to info@proakcess.com)
- This message should contain your order number, the list of returned items and a message on the reasons for your return.
- Upon receipt of the message, we will send you a summary of the return conditions listed above.
- After receipt and verification of the parcel, we will refund on the method of payment used during the purchase. If all conditions are met.
